Trisha Elliott is Say it Loud's founder, the CEO, the head designer, the head writer and the head secretary. When the work gets too thick, Trisha collaborates with other industry professionals, in the thriving small arts and technology colony of Nelson, BC.

Born in Prince George, British Columbia in 1977, and graduating from LV Rogers High School in Nelson, BC in 1995, Trisha could not know that she would return to her place of birth to become a Wildlife Biologist.

A UNBC student two years later, her life took yet another turn because her english electives were stimulating her much more than her lab coat.

This Quarter Life Crisis led to her quitting university and picking up a newspaper. She found an ad looking for twenty young entrepreneurs to start a business through Business the Next Generation, an entrepreneurial program at the College of New Caledonia in Prince George.

Trisha managed to convince the other nineteen budding entrepreneurs that starting a magazine was the business idea to take on, and two months later, the first Out of Order entertainment magazine was hot off the press.

The publication was too edgy and controversial to keep its funders sleeping well at night, and the group was told it would have to reincorporate under a new name when the program was over. Without post-secendary education and work experience in publishing to back-up the magazine, the task was too daunting to carry forward.

But not before the seed of Trisha's true career passion had taken root.......

In 1999, Trisha attended Langara College in Vancouver, BC and received a Publishing Techniques and Technologies Diploma. This introduced her to over fifteen software programs and fine-tuned her writing and editing skills.

Right out of school, Trisha got her first graphic design job producing an astounding six-hundred page catalogue of yacht parts in six months, from scratch.

The rest my friends is history, and this website is the future.
